6月11日10:00，仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療三人團(tuán)隊(duì)拜訪了德國(guó)哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心放射科主任Seif 教授，并在科室會(huì)議室與他及其團(tuán)隊(duì)Panahi教授進(jìn)行了深入的閉門會(huì)談。Seif教授所在的科室是下薩克森州規(guī)模最大的放射科之一，覆蓋診斷放射學(xué)、介入放射學(xué)以及核醫(yī)學(xué)多個(gè)亞?？品较颍粌H為全院各臨床科室提供高質(zhì)量醫(yī)學(xué)影像服務(wù)，也長(zhǎng)期參與前沿技術(shù)研究與醫(yī)學(xué)教育?？剖蚁略O(shè)腫瘤放射科、心血管與介入放射科、兒科放射科等多個(gè)專業(yè)組，并承擔(dān)哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)影像教學(xué)任務(wù)，是德國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)影像領(lǐng)域的重要力量。會(huì)議期間，我們向Seif教授團(tuán)隊(duì)介紹了仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療開展的國(guó)際化醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)平臺(tái)，包括博士聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、訪問學(xué)者交流、青年醫(yī)生臨床進(jìn)修等多個(gè)合作路徑，并回顧了自2018年以來(lái)與哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心骨科與創(chuàng)傷外科、神經(jīng)外科、神經(jīng)內(nèi)科等科室開展的具體合作成果。Seif教授了解后對(duì)仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療近年來(lái)在中德多個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域推動(dòng)的合作項(xiàng)目表示高度認(rèn)可，并對(duì)未來(lái)在影像醫(yī)學(xué)方向的拓展充滿期待。他特別關(guān)注申請(qǐng)人過往的科研經(jīng)驗(yàn)、語(yǔ)言能力和匹配程度。他指出，影像專業(yè)的臨床訪學(xué)通常以觀察為主，若能結(jié)合研究任務(wù)參與論文撰寫和數(shù)據(jù)分析，將更有助于提升訪學(xué)人員的專業(yè)能力、拓展國(guó)際視野并促進(jìn)雙方長(zhǎng)期協(xié)作。在交流中，雙方還討論了中方推薦申請(qǐng)人流程、選拔機(jī)制及中長(zhǎng)期合作的可持續(xù)性。Seif教授歡迎我們就科研型博士申請(qǐng)、臨床型訪問進(jìn)修等項(xiàng)目繼續(xù)對(duì)接，并提出可優(yōu)先啟動(dòng)研究類項(xiàng)目，以實(shí)現(xiàn)更深入、更具產(chǎn)出的合作。此次拜訪為仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療與德國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)影像領(lǐng)域的深度對(duì)接奠定了基礎(chǔ)，也標(biāo)志著中德醫(yī)學(xué)合作在更多專業(yè)方向上的有序拓展。

On June 11th at 10:00 AM, the team of three from Gloryren visited Prof. Seif, Director of the Institute of Clinical and Interventional Radiology at the University Medical Center G?ttingen (UMG), and had an in-depth internal meeting with him and Dr. Panahi. The Institute of Clinical and Interventional Radiology at the University Medical Center G?ttingen is one of the largest radiology department in Lower Saxony, covering multiple subspecialties including diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine. It not only provides high-quality medical imaging services for all clinical departments but also engages in long-term cutting-edge research and medical education. The department comprises specialized divisions such as oncological imaging, cardiovascular and interventional radiology, and pediatric radiology, while also offering radiology education at the University of G?ttingen. It is a key player in Germany’s medical imaging field. During the meeting, we introduced to Prof. Seif’s team the international medical talent training platform developed by Gloryren, which includes multiple cooperation programs such as MD programs, visiting professorship, and clinical observership. We also reviewed specific collaborative achievements with UMG’s departments of Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Neurology since 2018. Prof. Seif highly acknowledged Gloryren’s efforts in fostering Sino-German collaborations across multiple medical fields and showed keen interest in future cooperation in radiology. He emphasized the importance of applicants’ previous research experience, language proficiency, and project relevance. He pointed out that while clinical observerships in radiology are usually observation-oriented, visiting radiologists can benefit more if they combine clinical activities, research tasks with participation in paper writing and data analysis, which will help enhance their professional capabilities, broaden their international horizons, and promote long-term collaboration between both parties. The discussion also covered applicant screening and selection procedures and strategies for sustainable mid-to-long-term collaboration. Prof. Seif welcomed further engagement on applications for research-focused MD and clinical observorship programs, suggesting a priority on research-oriented projects to achieve more substantive and productive cooperation. This visit laid the groundwork for deeper collaboration between Gloryren’s and Germany’s radiology community, marking the steady expansion of Sino-German medical cooperation into more specialized domains.
