你作為一家三甲醫(yī)院的普通醫(yī)生，你想跟醫(yī)院的人事科主任談好處，你手中必要要有拿得出手的籌碼。你手中連籌碼都沒有，你就想空著一張嘴去找人事科主任去談怎么給你好處，那就是你作為醫(yī)生無知的表現(xiàn)。如果你拿到了德國著名大學(xué)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士的邀請函，這就是你的籌碼。你就拿著這份邀請函去找人事科的主任去談補助。因為一般的中國三甲醫(yī)院哪會有德國臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士呀？人事科主任拿到了你的這份邀請函，既是他的業(yè)績，也是他的KPI。他在院長的面前去為你談好處，他也有面子。你手中什么籌碼都沒有，你僅僅只是一家醫(yī)院的一名普通醫(yī)生，幾千分之一。你卻想要人事科的主任到院長面前去幫你談好處，那是絕對不可能的事。因為他手中什么東西都沒有就先到院長面前去為你爭取好處，如果最后你又拿不出任何證明你價值的籌碼，他在院長面前是要丟份兒的。他絕對不可能把一個八字都沒一撇的事情弄到院長的面前去匯報并為你去爭取好處。大部分三甲醫(yī)院的人事科的主任，人家也不是吃素的，人家才沒那么笨，會被你去當槍使。你連這個道理和邏輯都沒弄明白，你還當什么醫(yī)生。醫(yī)生是綜合實力的體現(xiàn)。強者的定律就是：沒人會幫一個毫無價值的人。所以你得用心經(jīng)營自己，拿到和別人交換的籌碼——畢竟，你的價值，才是你獲得幫助的前提。

As an ordinary doctor in a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital, if you want to negotiate for benefits with the head of the HR department, you must have substantial leverage to offer. If you have no leverage at all and expect to walk in with empty words and ask the HR director to fight for benefits on your behalf, that only shows ignorance. But if you have, for example, an invitation letter for a MD program from a prestigious German university, that becomes your bargaining chip. You can then take this invitation letter to the HR director, asking for financial support during your MD studies. Because very few Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals in China have doctors with an MD degree from Germany. For the HR director, your letter is not only a concrete achievement but also one of their key performance index. They can negotiate on your behalf in front of the hospital president with confidence and credibility. If you have no leverage at all and are just one out of thousands of ordinary doctors, it is absolutely impossible to expect the HR director to go to the president and speak up for you. Because if they go to the hospital president to advocate for benefits for you without having anything to prove your value, and you end up failing to demonstrate your worth, they will lose credibility in front of the hospital president. They will definitely not report a matter that is still up in the air to the hospital president and advocate for benefits for you. Most HR directors in Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals are not fools who can be easily used as a tool by you. If you don't even understand this simple logic, how can you call yourself a doctor? Being a doctor requires comprehensive capability. The law for the strong is: no one helps those who bring nothing to the table. Therefore, you must work diligently to build your own value and secure leverage to exchange with others. After all, your value is the essential precondition of any help you receive.
