第五屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇將于2025年11月15日至16日在中國(guó)紹興盛大開幕。本次大會(huì)特邀德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士、德國(guó)美因茨大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心原CEO及原眼科主任Pfeiffer教授擔(dān)任大會(huì)歐洲區(qū)主席。Pfeiffer教授擔(dān)任眼科主任近30年，并作為CEO管理美因茨大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心長(zhǎng)達(dá)14年。他在任期間取得了卓越成就，成功推動(dòng)聯(lián)邦州政府撥款23億歐元，用于在美因茨上城區(qū)建設(shè)新的大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心，這一舉措不僅極大提升了當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)療資源配置效率，也成為德國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)體系現(xiàn)代化的重要里程碑。Pfeiffer教授雖已卸任行政職務(wù)，但依然活躍在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)舞臺(tái)。他專注于科研與寫作，正計(jì)劃用德語撰寫一本系統(tǒng)的眼科手冊(cè)，并準(zhǔn)備出版一部關(guān)于青光眼的學(xué)術(shù)巨著，以持續(xù)推動(dòng)全球眼科學(xué)的發(fā)展。早在2024年9月，南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)第八附屬醫(yī)院眼科的沈醫(yī)生赴其科室訪學(xué)6個(gè)月，系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)Graves眼?。℅O）的診療方法及德國(guó)眼科的臨床標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并隨Pfeiffer教授團(tuán)隊(duì)前往柏林參加2024年德國(guó)眼科學(xué)會(huì)（DOG）大會(huì)，拓寬了國(guó)際視野。2024至2025年間，Pfeiffer教授還與兩位來自中國(guó)三甲醫(yī)院的優(yōu)秀青年醫(yī)生進(jìn)行了博士項(xiàng)目面試，他們將于2025年及2026年先后前往德國(guó)攻讀臨床醫(yī)學(xué)MD博士學(xué)位。憑借深厚的學(xué)術(shù)底蘊(yùn)與卓越的管理智慧，Pfeiffer教授在醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)等方面積累豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他將在大會(huì)的醫(yī)院管理環(huán)節(jié)，與中德兩國(guó)的醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)及學(xué)科帶頭人共同探討如何優(yōu)化院內(nèi)資源配置、提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量、完善分級(jí)診療體系、推動(dòng)數(shù)字化醫(yī)院建設(shè)等前沿議題，展開一場(chǎng)高水平的思想交鋒與國(guó)際視野的學(xué)術(shù)對(duì)話。此次論壇不僅是一場(chǎng)學(xué)術(shù)盛會(huì)，更是一場(chǎng)面向未來的戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話，將為中歐醫(yī)學(xué)管理的深度合作注入新的活力與靈感。我們期待在Pfeiffer教授的引領(lǐng)與支持下，繼續(xù)深化中德在醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)方面的合作，共同推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)的跨文化交流與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。

The 5th Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation 2025 will be grandly held from November 15 to 16 at Shaoxing, China. We specially invited Prof. Pfeiffer, Member of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, the former CEO of the University Medical Center Mainz, and the former Director of the Department of Ophthalmology, to serve as the member of European Presidium for the forum. Prof. Pfeiffer served as the Director of the Department of Ophthalmology for nearly 30 years and the CEO of the hospital for as long as 14 years. He made an outstanding achievement during his tenure: he secured a total of 2.3 billion euros from the federal state government for the construction of a new university medical center in the Oberstadt district of Mainz. This initiative has not only greatly enhanced the efficiency of local medical resource allocation, but also marked an important milestone in the modernization of German healthcare system. Although Prof. Pfeiffer has stepped down from administrative position, he remains highly active on the international academic stage. He focuses on research and writing: he plans to author an ophthalmology manual in German and also intends to publish a major work on glaucoma in the future, so as to consecutively promote the development of ophthalmology worldwide. Early in September, 2024, Dr. Shen from the Department of Ophthalmology of the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical Universty visited his department for a six-month fellowship, engaging in learning Graves’ orbitopathy (GO), as well as the diagnostic and treatment standards of German ophthalmology clinics. She also accompanied Prof. Pfeiffer and his team to Berlin for the 2024 German Society of Ophthalmology (DOG) Congress, during which she developed her international vision. From 2024 to 2025, Prof. Pfeiffer conducted online interviews with two excellent young doctors from Grade III Class A hospital in China. They will go to Germany respectively in 2025 and 2026 to pursue a Doctor of Medicine(MD) degree. With profound academic background and extraordinary management wisdom, Prof. Pfeiffer has accumulated a wealth of experience in hospital management, specialty construction and talent cultivation. In the hospital management session, he will discuss with hospital presidents and academic leaders from Germany and China on hot topics, such as how to optimize the allocation of in-hospital resource, improve the quality of medical services and the tiered diagnosis & treatment system, and promote the construction of digital hospital, presenting us a high-level exchange of ideas and an academic dialogue from an international perspective. This forum is not only an academic event, but a strategic dialogue for the future, which will inject new vitality and inspiration into the in-depth cooperation in medicine between China and Europe. We are looking forward to continuing deepen Sino-German cooperation in hospital management, specialty construction and talent cultivation under the guidance and support of Prof. Pfeiffer, and jointly promoting cross-culture communication and innovation in the field of medicine.
