每年的11月，陽光正好，微風(fēng)不燥。一年一度的“SEOS”將會(huì)在中國(guó)的一個(gè)城市盛大啟幕。這已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)醫(yī)院在全球的一個(gè)標(biāo)簽了。今年我們聚在一起又將討論什么話題？今年我們又將思考什么困難？AO Spine每年都會(huì)一如繼往地在他們的官網(wǎng)上為我們的"中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇”做全球官宣。2018年我們首次在廣州開啟，2019年我們又一次在廣州繼續(xù)。疫情三年我們等待，我們靜靜地等待疫情慢慢地退卻。2023年我們?cè)趶B門重新綻放。2024年我們來到了我父親的家鄉(xiāng)重慶。2025年我們特別來到了中國(guó)文學(xué)大師魯迅先生的故鄉(xiāng)紹興。希望是本無所謂有，無所謂無的。這正如地上的路；其實(shí)地上本沒有路，走的人多了，也便成了路。中國(guó)醫(yī)療就是一條艱難困苦的漫漫長(zhǎng)路。我們國(guó)家一直都在解決人民看病難，看病貴的困局。這需要中國(guó)所有各三甲醫(yī)院的院長(zhǎng)、各學(xué)科帶頭人、各行政部門的負(fù)責(zé)人和優(yōu)秀的青年醫(yī)生只專注于三件大事：醫(yī)院管理、學(xué)科建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)。這三件大事正才是每一家醫(yī)院的頂層設(shè)計(jì)。大家只有做好這三件大事，中國(guó)所有醫(yī)院的所有困難才可迎刃而解。一個(gè)醫(yī)生只會(huì)看門診和做手術(shù)，這只是一個(gè)醫(yī)生的標(biāo)配，標(biāo)配不可能成就優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)生。優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)生必須有認(rèn)知有使命有格局還有頂層設(shè)計(jì)。因?yàn)橹挥腥瞬挪拍艹删鸵患覀ゴ蟮尼t(yī)院，醫(yī)生才是一個(gè)國(guó)家的良知。2018年世界微創(chuàng)脊柱大師Mayer教授在中國(guó)廣州成功創(chuàng)立了仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療。他在中國(guó)首次提出了醫(yī)療必須要全球思考，這是國(guó)家使命。2025年11月15日至16日，12位德國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士、歐洲關(guān)鍵學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)袖和著名的科學(xué)家一同來到了我的祖國(guó)：中國(guó)紹興。他們將與中國(guó)講師團(tuán)成員共同討論全球醫(yī)療共同關(guān)心的臨床科研管理學(xué)科和人才的最新想法。中歐專家們相聚一堂共同為中國(guó)醫(yī)療做頂層設(shè)計(jì)并尋找解決方案。這才是我們相聚的意義所在。一期一會(huì)，難得一見，必將珍惜。我們每一個(gè)人都必須有國(guó)家信仰，我們每一個(gè)人都必須熱愛我們的國(guó)家，因?yàn)橄扔辛藝?guó)，才會(huì)有我們的家，我們每一個(gè)人都必須為我們的國(guó)家做事。這世界需要好的故事，需要好的情感表達(dá)。做醫(yī)療是一條看不見終點(diǎn)的路，我們樂在其中，歡喜憂愁。能夠做一件我們終生最愛的事，已經(jīng)是我們此生莫大的幸運(yùn)。通過這個(gè)平臺(tái)我們可以與萬千人進(jìn)行對(duì)話，我們需要更多的機(jī)會(huì)向大師學(xué)習(xí)不斷進(jìn)步。希望我們團(tuán)隊(duì)能做出有價(jià)值的事情，帶給醫(yī)院和深陷絕境的病人一些小小的改變。

Every November, when the sunlight is just right and the breeze is gentle, the annual "SEOS" kicks off in a specially selected city in China. This has become a symbol of Chinese hospitals' global engagement. What topics will we gather to discuss this year? And what challenges will we reflect on? As always, AO Spine will make a global promotion for our "Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation" on its official website every year. We launched the forum for the first time in Guangzhou in 2018 and continued it in Guangzhou again in 2019. During the three years of the pandemic, we waited quietly for it to gradually subside. In 2023, we restarted the forum in Xiamen. In 2024, we came to Chongqing, my father's hometown. In 2025, we specially brought the forum to Shaoxing, the hometown of Lu Xun, a great master of Chinese literature. Hope cannot be said to exist, nor can it be said not to exist. It is just like roads across the earth. For actually the earth had no roads to begin with, but when many men pass one way, a road is made. Healthcare in China is a long and arduous journey. Our country has always been striving to solve the challenges of limited access to medical and healthcare services and high costs for the people. These require presidents of all Grade Ⅲ Class A hospitals across China, key academic leaders, heads of administrative departments, and outstanding young doctors to focus on three major tasks: hospital management, specialty construction, and talent cultivation. These three major tasks form the top-level design of every hospital. Only by excelling in these three aspects can all difficulties faced by hospitals in China be resolved. For a doctor, being able to conduct outpatient consultations and perform surgeries is just the basic requirement. Merely meeting these basic requirements, however, does not make an excellent doctor. An excellent doctor must possess insight, a sense of mission, broad vision, and an understanding of top-level design. Because only talents can make hospital great, and doctors reflect the conscience of a nation. In 2018, Prof. Mayer, a world-class master of minimally invasive spine surgery, successfully founded Gloryren in Guangzhou, China. For the first time in China, he proposed that healthcare must embrace global thinking—this is a national mission. From November 15th to 16th, 2025, 12 distinguished experts, including fellows of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, prominent European academic leaders, and renowned scientists will come to my homeland: Shaoxing, China. They will join the Chinese faculty members to exchange the latest insights on clinical care, research, specialty construction, and talent cultivation that are of common concern to the global medical community. Chinese and European experts will gather together to jointly design top-level strategies and seek solutions for China's healthcare system. This is the true significance of our gathering. Such a gathering, where we meet once in a while and have a rare opportunity to connect, deserves our utmost appreciation. Each of us must have faith in our country and love our country, for only when the country thrives can our families prosper. Every one of us must contribute to our country. The world needs good stories and genuine emotional expressions. Engaging in the medical and healthcare industry is a journey with no visible end, and we find joy in it, experiencing both ups and downs. Being able to dedicate ourselves to what we love most in life is already a tremendous fortune for us. Through this platform, we can engage in dialogue with thousands of people. We need more opportunities to learn from masters and make continuous progress. It is our hope that our team can accomplish meaningful work, bringing about small yet significant changes to hospitals and patients in desperate situations.
