我告訴許多三甲醫(yī)院的院長(zhǎng)：一家有品質(zhì)的醫(yī)院，一定更需要懂得感恩之心的醫(yī)生，這點(diǎn)無(wú)比重要，比他的學(xué)歷，比他的技術(shù)，比他的英文更加重要。一個(gè)人懂得對(duì)一段關(guān)系感恩，這段關(guān)系會(huì)變得更好，一個(gè)人懂得對(duì)工作感恩，他會(huì)在工作中得到更好的機(jī)會(huì)，一個(gè)人懂得對(duì)曾經(jīng)幫助過(guò)他的貴人感恩，會(huì)有更多的貴人出現(xiàn)在他生命中，對(duì)那種過(guò)河拆橋，自以為是，根本不懂得感恩之心的醫(yī)生，醫(yī)院不要給他任何機(jī)會(huì)。因?yàn)楦卸髦氖且粋€(gè)人在這個(gè)社會(huì)行走最根本的品質(zhì)，一個(gè)人連最基本的品質(zhì)都不具備，他當(dāng)然不可成為一個(gè)好的醫(yī)生。

I told many presidents of top level hospitals that a great hospital must have grateful doctors, which is extremely important, more important than their level of education, technique and English skills. A person who is grateful for a relationship will make the relationship better. A person who is grateful for their work will get better opportunities in their work. A person who is grateful for people who have helped him will be given help again. The hospital should not give any opportunities to doctors who kick down the ladder and are arrogant and self-righteous.  Because gratitude is the most fundamental quality for someone to live, one can not make themselves a good doctor without this.
