11月24日上午9:30，海德堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨腫瘤及感染性骨外科主任Lehner教授親自開車到酒店接我們一起到海德堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨科醫(yī)院。我們到達(dá)醫(yī)院后，Lehner教授首先帶著我們先參觀醫(yī)院的古老建筑物，至今102年歷史，這是一戰(zhàn)時(shí)期醫(yī)院保留下來的老建筑物。當(dāng)年很多受傷的軍人都送往這里救冶，后來這里成為了大學(xué)骨科醫(yī)院，之后醫(yī)院不斷往外擴(kuò)建，越來越強(qiáng)大，如今已經(jīng)成為了海德堡大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院最重要的骨科院區(qū)之一。隨后我們來到Lehner教授的辦公室，教授為我們精心準(zhǔn)備了咖啡和甜點(diǎn)，我們邊喝著咖啡邊討論博士生的進(jìn)展。第一個(gè)博士生是廣州的吳醫(yī)生，今年3月份申請(qǐng)到了國(guó)家公派留學(xué)CSC獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，并于6月16號(hào)到達(dá)海德堡。第二個(gè)博士生是遵義的劉醫(yī)生，教授已經(jīng)給劉醫(yī)生匹配好了課題，發(fā)放邀請(qǐng)函并著手準(zhǔn)備明年三月國(guó)家公派留學(xué)的CSC申請(qǐng)資料。這兩位學(xué)生的英語都非常流利，而且基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)非常有經(jīng)驗(yàn)。仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療三人團(tuán)隊(duì)與Lehner教授開了一個(gè)小時(shí)的閉門會(huì)議，雙方交談非常愉快。會(huì)議結(jié)束后教授帶著我們參觀科室，該科有33張病床，病人基本住滿。參觀結(jié)束后教授親自送我們到達(dá)醫(yī)院大門口，并對(duì)我們說在海德堡有任何事情都可以隨時(shí)與他聯(lián)系。明年11月Lehner教授將到中國(guó)參加2026第六屆中歐醫(yī)院管理學(xué)科建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)全球論壇。

At 9:30 of November 24, Prof. Lehner, the Director of the Section of Orthopedics Oncology and Septic Orthopedic Surgery of Clinic for Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery at Heidelberg University Hospital, personally drove to the hotel to pick us up to the Clinic for Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery at Heidelberg University Hospital. After we arrived at the hospital, Prof. Lehner first gave us a tour of the ancient buildings of the hospital, which have a history of 102 years. They were preserved from the hospital during World War I. Back then, many wounded soldiers were sent here for treatment. Later, it became the orthopedics department of university hospital. After that, the hospital continued to expand and became increasingly influential, it is now one of the most important orthopedics campuses of Heidelberg University Hospital. Then, we visited Prof. Lehner’s office. He had thoughtfully prepared coffee and sweets for us. While enjoying the coffee, we discussed the progress of the ongoing doctoral projects. The first was Doctor WU from Guangzhou, who had successfully applied for the Scholarship from China Scholarship Council in March 2025 and arrived in Heidelberg on June 16. The second was Doctor LIU from Zunyi, Prof. Lehner had already identified a thesis topic for him, sent out an invitation letter and started preparing the application materials for the CSC scholarship in March 2026. Both of the two students speak fluent English and have extensive experience in basic research. The team of three from Gloryren had a one-hour internal meeting with Prof. Lehner, during which we had an engaging and productive conversation. After the meeting, Prof. Lehner showed us around the department, which contains 33 beds and was almost fully occupied. After the visit, he personally guided us to the main entrance of the hospital, and told us that we could contact him at any time if needed in Heidelberg. In November 2026, Prof. Lehner will visit China to attend the Sino-Euro Global Forum on Hospital Management, Specialty Construction & Talent Cultivation 2026.
