11月25日早上8點(diǎn)仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療三人團(tuán)隊(duì)從海德堡出發(fā)前往曼海姆，拜訪曼海姆大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院臨床化學(xué)研究所所長(zhǎng)Fischer教授。他于今年十月從哥廷根大學(xué)醫(yī)療中心調(diào)任至現(xiàn)職。抵達(dá)研究所大樓后，F(xiàn)ischer教授親自在樓前迎接我們，并帶領(lǐng)我們前往他的辦公室參觀。會(huì)談中，教授介紹了目前研究所所在的是一棟舊醫(yī)院大樓，而新的醫(yī)院大樓正在建設(shè)中，預(yù)計(jì)將于2028年投入使用。隨著新大樓的啟用，他們也將購(gòu)入更多自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)設(shè)備，以進(jìn)一步提升整體檢測(cè)效率。我們也向Fischer教授詳細(xì)介紹了仁醫(yī)醫(yī)療的最新動(dòng)態(tài)和正在開展的項(xiàng)目，教授表現(xiàn)出濃厚興趣，并主動(dòng)提出合作可從訪學(xué)項(xiàng)目開始推進(jìn)。連云港市第一人民醫(yī)院檢驗(yàn)科的醫(yī)生將計(jì)劃于2026年年中到其科室開展短期訪學(xué)，這將成為我們合作的良好開端。會(huì)談結(jié)束后，F(xiàn)ischer教授和其研究所高級(jí)醫(yī)師Gerhards博士帶領(lǐng)我們參觀了醫(yī)院及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)施。教授介紹，新的科研大樓預(yù)計(jì)將在2026年4月投入使用。曼海姆大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院臨床化學(xué)研究所目前正在與海德堡大學(xué)進(jìn)行合并，未來(lái)將獲得海德堡大學(xué)更多支持，用于新醫(yī)院大樓的建設(shè)。其研究所現(xiàn)每年開展約360萬(wàn)項(xiàng)分析，由12個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)部門組成，其中多數(shù)為臨床提供全天候服務(wù)。現(xiàn)有大約80名技術(shù)人員，實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)約有7名研究人員，團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模仍在不斷擴(kuò)大。實(shí)驗(yàn)室國(guó)際化程度很高，成員有來(lái)自印度、埃及、西班牙等國(guó)家。未來(lái)我們將與Fischer教授開展更多的合作項(xiàng)目。

On the morning of November 25th at 8:00, the team of three from Gloryren departed Heidelberg for Mannheim to visit Prof. Fischer, Director of the Institute of Clinical Chemistry of the University Medical Center Mannheim. He transferred to his current position from the University Medical Center G?ttingen in October this year. Upon arriving at the hospital building, Prof. Fischer warmly welcomed our team at the entrance and led them to his office. During the meeting, Prof. Fischer shared that the institute is currently located in an old hospital building, while a new hospital building is under construction and scheduled to be put into use in 2028. With the new building coming into operation, they will also procure more automated testing equipment to further enhance overall testing efficiency. Our team also provided Prof. Fischer with a detailed update on Gloryren’s latest developments and ongoing projects, which triggered great interest of Prof. Fischer. He proposed that the cooperation could start with a fellowship program. A doctor from the Clinical Laboratory Department of The First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang would plan to conduct a short-term fellowship at Prof. Fischer’s institute in mid-2026, which marks as a good start of our collaboration with him. After the meeting, Prof. Fischer and Dr. Gerhards, a senior physician from his institute showed our team around the campus and relevant laboratory facilities. Prof. Fischer told us that a new research building is expected to be put into use in April 2026. Currently, the Institute of Clinical Chemistry of the University Medical Center Mannheim is in the process of merging with Heidelberg University, and will receive more support from Heidelberg University for the construction of the new hospital building in the future. The institute now performs approximately 3.6 million analyses annually and has 12 laboratory divisions, most of which are available to the clinics 24/7. It currently has around 80 technicians and 7 researchers in the laboratories, with the team size continuously expanding. The laboratory boasts a high degree of internationalization, with members from countries such as India, Egypt, and Spain. In the future, we look forward to launching more collaborative projects with Prof. Fischer.
